We are very happy to announce that we have published the Journal of Extensive Reading`s first “issue.” You can see it here: http://jalt-publications.org/access/index.php/JER/issue/current
You will see that our first article is a very interesting piece on mid-frequency readers by Paul Nation and Lawrence Anthony! As the editorial explains, we will be publishing on an ongoing basis, rather than the waiting for articles for full “issues” to accumulate. One year’s worth of articles will constitute a volume.
We will be publicizing the journal through the JALT ER SIG and other venues soon, but in the meantime please spread the word!
