The Second World Congress on Extensive Reading took place in September 2013 at Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. WC2 was hosted in conjunction with the ERF by the Korean English Extensive Reading Association
The World Congress was a two-day gathering of scholars, educators, writers and publishers for the purpose of discussing and promoting the theory and practice of extensive reading in second language education.

The Korea Association of Foreign Languages Education(KAFLE) is hosting The Extensive Reading Foundation’s Second World Congress in Extensive Reading to be held at Yonsei University, Seoul on September 13-15, 2013(Workshop: Sep. 13; Conference: Sep. 14-15).
The conference theme is “Extensive Reading: Lighting new ways to language learning”.
