In a nutshell, the procedure for submission is the following:
- Prepare your information. You will need both,
- A summary in 50 words or less.
- An abstract in 250 words or less.
- Create an EasyChair account, if you do not have one yet.
- Click on this link to go to the submission website.
- Log in
- Click on “New Submission”
- Fill out the submission form and click on “Submit”
- Be sure that your abstract clearly explains the need for your proffered information, how you intend to present it and what the participants will be able to take away from it.
- Select between 1 and 5 topic areas that most closely pertain to your presentation content. The detailed topic list replaces the “Keyword” input field, although you may enter keywords if important aspects of your topic are not captured by any of the topic areas.
