Presenters may submit more than one proposal; however, the Program Committee will strive to allow as many individuals as possible to present.
Proposals may be submitted to the address below. As a first step, you need to create a username and password for yourself, which will be valid for any conferences managed by Edzil.la. Then you must join the ERWC7 site within Edzil.la. Those new to Edzil.la should click on the dark red “Start here” button to register. Language options (English/Japanese) are available at the top of the page.

Schedule
- Call for Papers closes on 28 February 2025.
- Announcement of the Proposal Decisions will be made on or before 31 March 2025. (Those who require it may request an earlier decision.)
- All Presenters must complete registration (including payment) for the conference by 30 April 2025 or will lose their slot. Registration opens 1 December 2024.
