All presenters and attendees at ERWC7 MUST join Edzil.la and enter the event space then get a ticket to attend the conference. Note there are different payment rates depending on when you register.
Directions for using https://erwc7.edzil.la/
The first time you enter the site you must create a username for yourself. Use your real name. Click on the dark red button that says “Start here.” We recommend you use Google authentication. After you have created an account, you must join the ERWC7 area. (There may be other conferences on Edzil.la at the same time.)
Presenters
As a presenter you will have already joined the conference website, https://erwc7.edzil.la/. You should use your account to confirm attendance and pay.
Presenters who do not confirm attendance may not be allowed to present at the conference. There is no special fee for presenters; it is the same as that for regular participants. Payment can be made through the Stripe link on the https://erwc7.edzil.la/ site.
Attendees (people not presenting)
You should get a ticket at the https://erwc7.edzil.la/ website. Registration on the day of the conference will be in U.S. dollars only via credit card.
Conference Banquet
The conference banquet is included in the registration fees. Please fill in whether you plan to attend and any dietary preferences on the registration form.

- Go to the conference website, https://erwc7.edzil.la/ and create a login ID for yourself using the same emall address if you have not done so already.
- Click on “Get a ticket” and pay via Stripe using your credit card.
- A downloadable receipt will be available from the https://erwc7.edzil.la/ site.

Optional Excursion
JALT Hokkaido invites you to participate in a full-day excursion to Upopoy, Japan’s northernmost National Ainu Museum and Park, dedicated to the promotion of Ainu culture and raising public awareness in recognition of the Ainu as an indigenous people in 2008. Opened in 2020, Upopoy offers an array of unique cultural events and exhibitions that ERWC7 attendees will experience. Join ERWC site co-chair Matthew Cotter and other JALT Hokkaido members who will share their in-depth knowledge of these amazing people and their culture. Receipts will be sent by email.
