There is ample exhibition space, as well as other opportunities for publishers to present their reading materials to the approximately 300 expected participants.
Currently we envision the following ways for publishers and booksellers to participate, and we are open for any other suggestions that you might have:

- Sponsored scholarships
- Sponsored social events
- Sponsored conference bag
- Advertisements in the program book

For organizations outside of Taiwan, please notify M. McCollister of your display selection, and then go to https://erwc5.eventbrite.com to submit your payment. Those who require an invoice or would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact treasurer@erfoundation.org.
A Type (USD $300) — Two tables. One admission as full participant.
B Type (USD $450) — Two tables, admission as full participant and one promotional session.
C Type (USD $900) — Three tables, no backdrop, priority choice of location. Three Congress admissions, two promotional sessions.
D Type (USD $250) — One table, one sponsored presentation and one admission as a full participant. This type only available to those who define themselves as a “small publisher”.
